Introducing the HydroMassage
With HydroMassage, a powerful wave of water spans the full width of the user's body providing a powerful, heated massage. Users enjoy total relaxation while remaining comfortable and fully clothed. The system provides unlimited preset programs and allows for a fully customizable massage for the user.
The HydroMassage is located in the Wellness Resource Center on the main level of the Minneapolis Recreation and Wellness Center (123 Harvard Avenue SE).
RecWell wants to make sure that you get a nice massage for a great price! HydroMassage sessions are 15 minutes. Pricing is listed below:
- 1 Session: $10
- 4 Sessions: $20
Signing up is easy. Simply come to the North Desk of the University Recreation and Wellness Center and sign up for your sessions. They will provide you with an access code and schedule you for your day/time to get a HydroMassage.

Nordic Ski Center Opening Soon
Think snow! The Nordic Ski Center will be opening for the 2013-2014 season as soon as it can establish a solid snow base. About the Nordic Ski Center The Nordic Ski Center is located on the grounds of the University of Minnesota Golf Course. There are three routes of varying difficulties and terrains available. Ski rentals will be available on the weekends beginning January 25 from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Season Passes Available Season passes will be going on sale beginning Monday, December 9 and can be purchased at the Outdoor Center, located on the Lower Level of the University Recreation and Wellness Center. Student passes are $15 and Staff/Community passes are $25.
Rec Sports Dome Open
The Student Recreational Sports Dome is open for all RecWell members during the winter months. Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, and various open recreational activities take place here.
